Rail Disruption – Tauranga to Auckland

Due to an extended Block of Line (BOL) by Kiwirail as part of their maintenance program, there will be no rail services between the Port of Tauranga and Auckland Metroport from Thursday 20 Oct to Tuesday 25 October.


Thursday – All Services cancelled

Friday – All Services cancelled

Saturday – All Services cancelled

Sunday – All Services cancelled

Monday – All Services cancelled


There will be an additional three trains per week after the BOL and Port of Tauranga will be working to clear all cargo post the BOL based on dwell time. Additionally cargo can be arranged to collect from Tauranga port (by road). Should you wish to have your container terminate in Tauranga for truck collection please contact Accord asap.
